Will smoke come out of the front of my fireplace?

You may get smoke coming out of the front if you use wet wood, or if the wind is blowing along the front of the fireplace.

Do I need a permit to use my outdoor fireplace?

You shouldn't need a permit, but it may differ depending on your region. Contact us if you are unsure.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes, your fireplace will come with a two year warranty.

Will the fireplace crack?

You may get small hair line cracks which is expected with any concrete work, however you shouldn't see any cracks that will affect the structure.

Can I cook on the fireplaces?

Yes, you can! Our fireplaces come with a grill so you can cook pizza, BBQ meat... anything!

Will my fireplace be okay on a wooden deck?

We will assess, however it should be okay - we would recommend installing a concrete footing to match the height of the deck.

Can the fireplace burn any kind of wood?

Yes it can, however wet wood does not burn very well and creates smoke, so we would recommend using dry wood where possible.
